House rules
For a pleasant and peaceful stay, please observe the following rules.
1. General rules
Smoking indoors is not allowed.
Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not allowed.
Please respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is not specifically adapted for babies and young children.
Children stay at their parents’ responsibility, as the house is not specifically adapted for children due to the hot tub and IR sauna.
Please handle the equipment, inventory, and wellness facilities with care.
After using the IR sauna and hot tub, please turn off the equipment and leave the area basically tidy.
Use of the hot tub and IR sauna is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

All guests must provide a valid photo ID before arrival or at check-in for the legally required registration of their stay.
The tourist and promotional taxes are already included in the accommodation price.
Guests do not need to pay any additional tourist tax amount upon arrival or departure.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
The accommodation offers self check-in with a smart lock. Guests receive the entry instructions and code before arrival.
Upon departure, please make sure the door is properly closed. The door locks automatically.
Free parking is available directly next to the house.
4. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
If cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
For reservations made at a lower promotional rate, refunds are not possible.
5. Additional information
In the event of damage to the accommodation, inventory, equipment, or violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred within 48 hours after check-out.
Lost keys, damage to equipment, or improper use of the wellness facilities will be charged according to the actual costs.
